Why this repack is called “Monkey Repack”?

Game resources of FIFA 19 are encrypted, so proper files (re)compression is not possible at the moment. So only basic compression was applied, and that any monkey can do. It’s not my style, but poll I organized showed the interest even in that poorly compressed repack
